Dubai, Asia’s vibrant commercial hub located in the United Arab Emirates, will be the venue of an exclusive course on advanced foreign exchange trading on November 1 titled “Becoming a Pro Trader: Master the Forex Market”. The event, which will take place at Dukes the Palm Hotel, is organised by HYCM.
The training course is by invitation only and will be conducted in English, the organisers said this week.
Participants are urged to bring a laptop as they will be completing practical exercises and given complimentary access to services that advanced traders use.
Giles Coghlan, HYCM’s Chief Currency Analyst and hedge fund trader with over 10 years’ experience in technical and fundamental analysis, will conduct the training.
The seminar will be in three parts: Part 1: Embrace fundamental and technical analysis, Part 2: Monitor sentiment, use Squawk and make it all work together, and Part 3: Conduct intermarket analysis, manage risk effectively and analyse trades.
“I am excited about this November’s event as I have carefully reflected on what are some of the most helpful tools and tips needed in Forex trading,” Coghlan said.
“I will be using an analysis session conducted in live market conditions to show how traders can use economic news in order to gauge sentiment and make trading decisions day after day. ”
In addition, he said they would look at using intermarket analysis and how they can take advantage of those moves as Forex traders. “We shall also cover 6 more key topics in Forex trading. I am looking forward to meeting traders passionate about trading and committed to taking their skills to the next level,” he said.
Participants can take advantage of an exclusive Q&A with Giles Coghlan, network with like-minded traders, and take home exclusive handouts and trading guides for daily reference. The event will be graced by an international buffet dinner at the end of the proceedings.
Those wishing to attend should fill out the registration form at http://bit.ly/HYCM-dubai-seminar. If their request is accepted, they will receive an email invitation.

Forex is a marketplace for trading in currencies. Traders will use these trades to speculate and hedge for profit as well as for commerce and other purposes. The Forex market is the largest, most traded exchange in the world and is used by individual traders, financial institutions, broker, and institutional investors, according to the website The Balance.com.
Hedging is a way to reduce risk by taking both sides of a trade at once. If your broker allows it, an easy way to hedge is just to initiate a long and a short position on the same pair. Advanced traders sometimes use two different pairs to make one hedge, but that can get very complicated, explained The Balance.
